Zumba with Danae, Krista, and Kimberleigh
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Zumba Toning with Danae
This  45 minute class  combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Pre-enroll  is required for this class to ensure that there are enough toning sticks for everyone!

The Zumbatomic program is all about kids having an awesome time, while dancing to high energy beats like hip-hop, reggaeton and more. By moving and grooving, shaking and spinning, jumping and stomping, laughing and smiling, kids stay in shape and at the same time, learn authentic steps and rhythms that will make them a hit with their friends.
 
NIA with Cheryl
NIA stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Action. Combines dance, martial arts, and yoga. NIA is a Holistic Fitness program that promotes Health and Fitness for your body, mind and spirit. NIA integrates the grace and playfulness of dance, the explosive force and mindfulness of martial arts and the healing properties of yoga. NIA is a creative, fun and energizing, class that offers whole-body cardiovascular conditioning. NIA moves your body the way it was designed to move!

Essentrics with Heather
The workout combines the body’s need for calorie burning and muscle toning with its need for rejuvenation and health.
In a nutshell The ESSENTRICS™ workout is based on eccentric strengthening, whichstretches the muscles then strengthens them in the elongated position creating a lean tonedand more flexible body. ESSENTRICS™ is intended to make the waist thinner, the stomachflatter, the legs leaner and the butt toned, leaving the entire body more flexible and agile. This is a zero-impact workout that combines the techniques of yoga, Pilates, tai chi, and ballet. 
ESSENTRICS™ was created for the general population to help get in shape, challengemuscles, increase flexibility and reduce aches and pains without causing injury.
  
Hip Hop 101
Hip Hop 101 is all about building yourself from the inside out and having fun!  Come to learn some new moves, get some exercise, and dance like the whole world is watching!  This class works on flexibility, balance, co-ordination, and confidence.   All are welcome including kids of all ages and ability levels.
 
Extreme Pump with Amy 
A total body conditioning class that consists of weights and cardio.  This class is designed to build strength and endurance.
 
Ball & Booty Camp with Amy 
Bring your Fit Ball for a great full-body workout.  This class includes cardio and toning.  Don't worry if you don't have a Fit Ball, I'll show you modifications you can do without the ball.  
 
Party Box with Amy
A fun, energetic class that consists of kickboxing, and challenging aerobic exercises.  This class is proven to burn calories.
 
Hammertime with Amy
This class covers it all!  It contains stretching, cardio, weights, plyometrics, and endurance drills. 
 
Booty Camp with Amy
An endurance workout that includes cardio, weights, and drills.  Be prepared for indoor and outdoor activities.  Some running is included.
 
Cardio Strength Intervals with Shalini
 This high energy interval class will be sure to make you sweat, burn calories and become strong and toned.Using fitness bands and your own body as resistance, this class will consist of 5 minute intervals of high intensity cardio followed by 5 minute intervals of strength and toning. No complicated choreography, just simple but challenging moves to keep your heart rate up and body burning calories. Class finishes with a series of core, and abdominal exercises and a final stretch that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on your busy day.   
 
Mat Pilates  with Kathy
Come discover your core strength and your ability to create shifts in your body! Pilates with Kathy will offer you individual attention in a group mat class. The method is good for spinal decompression and overall body elongation. You will receive insight and feedback as well as hands on adjustments to ensure you are safe and that your practice is challenging and effective.
 
Yoga with Elise
Let your mind, breath and body flow in this playful, heart-centered
class. Uplifting themes and intentions will cultivate positive
qualities of mind and heart. Expect a creative flow of poses with
personalized hands-on adjustments that will inspire your greatest
potential. You will feel refreshed, relaxed, stronger, and more
flexible. This is an All Levels class. All are welcome!
 
Cardio Kettle Bell with Amy Hoh and Shalini
Kettle Bell training improves functional strength and muscular endurance through momentum based exercises. We use traditional Kettle Bell lifts but with lighter weights in a flow based (or closed chain) style with fun and challenging patterns. Put to music, this is a full body workout - cardio and strength training. We have all sizes of weights so everyone can join in this safe and extremely effective workout. Working with a Kettle Bell most closely simulates the kind of strength you need to deal with the forces and momentum you encounter in real life and sports. You will not build bulk in this class but you will create strong, dense, toned muscles. Amy and Shalini are both certified through Kettle Bell Concepts and will teach you how to safely and effectively work with Kettle Bells to get strong!
 
You must attend at least 4 of the Beginner/ Intermediate classes OR attend the Introductory to Kettle Bell Clinic before you can attend the Advanced classes.
 
Turbo Kick with Karen
Turbo Kick is the hottest kickboxing workout around and has taken the nation by storm.  This 60-minute class is the perfect fusion of kickboxing and fun, easy to master hip-hop moves. Turbo Kick provides a total body workout that integrates ab-sculpting moves with fat burning cardio.  It is a unique blend of intense intervals and endurance training that is perfectly choreographed to the newest, hottest, and most motivating music. Welcome to a calorie-blasting workout that is so much fun you won’t even realize you are exercising! Kick. Punch. Dance. Sweat.
 
 
BellyRobics with Marissa
This high-energy class is designed to gain full body fitness through dance. BellyRobics is a fun aerobic workout with moves from Middle Eastern dance. This hour-long class will contain a quick stretch out and tummy toning mat workout to help prepare your body for a fun dance session! With a combination of traditional and non-traditional Middle Eastern music, you will learn moves, improve strength, and gain confidence. What to wearComfortable work out clothes and a hip scarf. Hip scarves are not a requirement but will make dance more fun. Scarves will also be available for purchase.
